Processing Time
All Lunavia orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Destination Estimated Delivery
Czech Republic 7–14 business days
European Union 8–16 business days
Rest of the World 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@lunavia.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lunavia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
